The biggest problem most people will encounter is whether they have a video card that is supported by the manufacturer in order to play this game. These are the specs straight from Ubisoft. Since they are not currently listed, I am posting them for your benefit. Hope this alleviates some of the earlier confusion. It appears the downloaded version (i.e. Steam) has similar requirements. Be sure to note that no laptop video cards are supported according to Ubisoft.
