This is extremely buggy- It runs decently with the graphics cranked down (and the graphics still look pretty good), but it causes my graphics card to have spasms and black out every 2 minutes, and the game itself keeps crashing (yes, it's bad when your flight simulator crashes more than you do) so its currently unplayable.
Its not actually a new game called Lock on Platinum- its 2 games- Lock on Modern Air Combat (an older game) and a newer game caled Lock on Flaming Cliffs 2. I'm not sure why they don't just call it "lock on series pack" or something like that. I don't mind getting 2 games. Though the blacking out problem persists in the older version too so I'm not sure whats going on here.
The patch doesn't install (it won't detect that I have the game installed), and there is little (that I could find) in terms of documentation and support (look at their website for yourself).
The flight controls are great and its basically the best modern fighter flight simulator I could find, so I was happy to give it a chance. Unfortunately there are software issues.
This was run on an AMD phenom triple core with 4 gb's of ram.
