This is SSI's Axis and Allies game engine redecorated with WH40k icons.
With the creativity, zeal and technology today I would have thought Games Workshop would have something out by now that would be a real legacy to computer games. For this I dislike them. Dunno what their problem is but I hope they get it right sometime soon.
