I spent 1 and 1/2 hours Christmas day with Microsoft Tech suppport because the program would not work. They could not solve the problem. The technician said that they would call me back at 9:00 AM the following day after he had an opportunity to check with the supervising technicians. Of course, the call never came. What a wonderful way to spend Christmas. I am returning the program to Amazon and am also returning the endangered species and Marine add ons.Customer Review: What a great game.

I was able to exact revenge on my former employers as a zookeeper in this game. I was once a zookeeper, enjoyed the job, but couldn't stand the bureaucracy of the zoo world and their bad ideas on animal collections and exhibit design. I wish I could have designed a cool reptile building with the expansion packs, but it still rocks. I've played this game for hours and still enjoy it. A must buy for adults and children. real life behaviors of the animals Example: a mountain gorila does not have one mate the male has control over the females.
cons: beside the gender the animals in the same speices look the same
overall: get this game it is fun and challenging

This blows ZooTycoon out of the water!! Zoo Tycoon 2 is soooo much better!! I love the quality of the graphics, the choices. Its fun using some cheat codes off the internet in the game too! Beware if you have the ZooTycoon 1 game it does not work with Zoo Tycoon 2 extensions.
