I have been running LINKS LS 98 for about 3 years now and finally decided I was going to upgrade. I went to the store and saw 2001 and after reading the specifications I realized I could not run it on my current system. Just as I was leaving the store, I noticed the LS Classic Edition and I have to say it is the best value I have ever seen in a PC Game.Along with LS 98 I had compiled a library of about 25 courses. Now, not only do I get an updated version of the game but 8 or 9 new courses that I did not have! (Note: There are a total of 21 courses on the LS CLassic discs included with the game) If you have been hedging on buying a version of Links, or looking to upgrade from an older version buy LS Classic today.....you and your computer will be glad you did!

Links LS Classic offers 21 courses and 35 modes of play, including stroke, match play, skins, tournament skins, and custom tournament. There are 12 golfers to play as and against, including Arnold Palmer. Links LS Classic's tournament environment features thousands of fans in the galleries. You can choose between three swing options: easy swing, classic swing, and power stroke. CBS golf analyst David Feherty provides the commentary. Links lessons help improve your game.
