For those fans of the Age of Empires series of games and fans of the Star Wars franchise, this is an excellent buy. Take command of the Clone Army or the CIS Legions in this game that puts you in the middle of the Clone Wars of Star Wars. The original Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds is an excellent game in my opinion, but this expansion took the game to another level of entertainment. Real-time Strategy games have something to contend with when stacked against this game, and this is one of my personal favorites. Lucas Arts and Microsoft have teamed together to release an always-entertaining game, filled with new characters based on the film Star Wars: Episode II, and a few from the following film as well. Extraordinary care is taken to detail in this game, and I believe that buyers of Age of Empires and Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds will continually be enthralled.

Description of Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns (Expansion Pack)
The Clone Campaigns expansion for Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds is inspired by the large-scale battles in Star Wars: Episode II, Attack of the Clones, as well as the classic and expanded Star Wars universe. Clone Campaigns features 14 original single-player combat scenarios, new civilizations, environments, vehicles, and more than 200 new units. By adding the expansion pack to Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds, players can mix and match civilizations from Attack of the Clones with those from the classic Star Wars universe in both skirmish and multiplayer modes.Clone Campaigns, like the base game Galactic Battlegrounds, is built upon enhanced engine technology from Ensemble Studios' Age of Kings. The Clone Campaigns expansion pack features numerous technical improvements, including upgraded shields, power cores, and new effects.
Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns requires a copy of the retail version of the original game (Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds) in order to be played.
