Video Game Reviews of Putt-Putt Saves the ZooCustomer Review: Putt-Putt Saves The Zoo Summary: 4 StarsPutt-Putt Saves The Zoo is great for any child that loves animals. You need to help find the lost baby animals and find tools to help you along the way. I played it first to help find the tools. My 6 and 3 year old have fun finding the tools, animals and riding the water rapids. ( a favorite for both.) It is fun to play and my 3 year old can play independantly.
Customer Review: Daughter Loves It Summary: 5 StarsMy daughter loves this game. She started toying around with it around age 4, and still plays it at age six. A good starter adventure game for the young child you want to expose to your home computer, and a good learning tool.
Customer Review: :D:D:D:D*lots of smiles* Summary: 5 StarsI was browsing when I saw this. I played with this literally every day when I was little. So I tried it again and it was fun. It's really creative and it's great for if you love animals. It's challenging for little ones, and has cute and great graphics.
Customer Review: Simpler than Circus or Race. Summary: 3 StarsAs a mother of 2 and 4 year olds and an adventure game lover myself, I only give this 3 stars because the game is less complex than Putt Putt Saves the Circus or Putt Putt Enters the Race. My 4 year old finished it in <2 hours, with a little assist. This is just right for my 2 year old, who doesn't mind playing it over and over. The animal narratives are beyond them, though.
Customer Review: Terrific Summary: 5 StarsI've played this great game many times with my four year-old, and we both love it! It's loads of fun, with some really good humor, and offers plenty of variety to hold her interest. Rescuing the lost baby animals spread throughout the park presents some definite challenges, and she was thrilled the first time she succeeded in getting them all home to their parents. I would recommend this to anyone looking to give their kids a friendly and thought provoking introduction to the computer. It will make your child smile while learning, which is high praise in my book. Congrats to Humongous Entertainment - this game is a winner!
There's one thing I don't get, maybe someone here can clue me in. How does one use the camera to take a picture of the animals? During the game, Putt Putt says to save the film for when the zoo's going to open, but the one time my daughter rescued every animal, the game ended without her getting a chance to use it, which was a disappointment, and detracted from her excitement at finishing.
