Customer Review: Mech Commander, The Ultimate Stragity Game!
Summary: 5 Stars
Mech Commander is one of the best futureistic stragity games I've ever seen. In fact, I've ben trying to beat it for three years! Of gourse i took a couple of months to take a break when i get ticked off at a levil, but in the end i FINALLY beat it! I was so happy! Throught the game, you will get stuck. Then you need to think how to beat that part. it may be a whole levil or even just a small part. But when you beat it, you just feel so accomplished! Thats what stragity games are about, isn't it? Anywhay, I think this is the ULTIMATE stragity game, and anyone who loves to blow crap up with giant walking killing machiens, than this is the game for you! (5 out of 5 star game)
Description of Mech Commander
You are a MechCommander and your job is to think fast and be quick on the guns. Recently, the success of Operation Bulldog has created great relief for your efforts. The Smoke Jaguar clan was forced to scatter and disperse. Although, a Colonel Marcus Kotare did not take so kindly to being driven away and losing the fight. He has taken control of the planet Cermak, but the reason for this is unknown. You are to infiltrate the planet and find out what he is up to.MechCommander is a new real-time action strategy game of tactical combat and resource management that is set in the detailed BattleTech universe. The player assumes the role of a MechCommander in command of a growing unit of MechWarriors and their assigned 'Mechs. The goal is to retake the planet Port Arthur from the technologically superior Smoke Jaguar Clan. Players manage supplies and repair, upgrade, and organize the entire 'Mech unit. The user interface can be customized to offer limitless command options, allowing for a unique view of the BattleTech universe. Up to 24 'Mechs are involved in combat during 30 in-depth missions. Players select from 18 different chassis and custom armaments.
