IF YOU WANT THE REAL THING AND WANT TO KNOW HOW THE PILOTS IN WW11 "DID THEIR THING" GET THIS GAME=TAKE ALL THE GOOD THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN SAID ABOUT IT FROM OTHERS WHO HAVE RATED IT AND ADD TEN PERCENT=THIS IS SO REAL RIGHT DOWN TO THE WAY YOU CRASH=WHILE ON ONE MISSION I WAS HIT BY AA FIRE AND IT BLEW MY COWLING ON MY ENGINE AND I COULD SEE ALL THE EXHAUST SYSTEM AND MOVING ENGINE PARTS=THE DETAIL THAT WAS INSTALLED ON THIS GAME IS UNEQUALED=THE PEOPLE WHO PUT THIS TOGETHER HAD PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND IT SHOWS=JUST AN AMAZING GAME!!!!

This game is one of the best games I have ever played! The options it has makes it extremely interesting. I have a 5 year old son who absolutely loves to play it, and he's good! This shows how easy and attention grabbing it is for a 5 year old. My buddies and I love to fly against each other. We talk trash all week long to meet in the virtual sky to see who has the skills to reign supreme. I would highly recommend this game for everyone! I challenge you to fly this game, get used to the controls, and then go find a buddy to compete with or against. I guarantee you will be hooked! The P51-D Mustang is the greatest propeller driven aircraft in the world. An AMERICAN icon that ALL AMERICANS should fly at least once. Happy hunting! -callsign: Blackhawk

Customer Review: Too Bad EA removed MP support

The game is great in AI mode. In fact, this game beats CFS 1 and CFS2 in that you can see planes, not darn little dots on your screen as with CFS and CFS2.
All in all a great game.
HOWEVER, EA killed the MP option! They don't even support it through Gamespy. Too bad! The MP folks in this game were very well mannered, no cheats, just good fun.
If you buy it be aware! It is only for you against computer. This game could have been updated and supported. At one point I bet they could have passed by Microsoft but they let it slip away.
It's OK to buy but you will never know how GREAT is was in MP. Buy, enjoy. But soon you will find it boring.
P.S. Don't buy EA hunting games. They are so lame it is embarrasing to own EA hunting CD's.

Customer Review: Excellent Graphics but Bad Campaign

If you just wnat good graphics, this is a good flight sim game for you to play. If you want good flight model, The Euporean Air War and this one are both good. If you want to taste the tour of duty, dynamic campaigns and battles, keep yourself away from this one.

My personal opinion: contents are more important than graphics and sound effect, this game definitely showed us how bad the campaigns could be designed even by a large company we expect they shoudl be able to perform the job good.
