Video Game Reviews of Command & Conquer Red Alert 2Customer Review: A classic Summary: 5 StarsThis game came out 5 years ago, but I still play it. That is a testament to how great this game is. Not many old and NEW RTS games can match up to this one. The gameplay, graphics, sound, cheesy cut scenes, and replay value all get 5 stars from me.
Customer Review: amazing Summary: 5 Starsi got this a while ago it is amazing it has good graphics the units are cool its really fun but it gets boring after a while (so buy the expansion, yuris revenge)
Customer Review: Total blast but tech support & sys crashes common Summary: 4 StarsThis is probably the classic strategy game on a pc. My son loves this game, and so do I. While it has lots of options for each nation you can play, there are not too many options like in Yuri's Revenge. Some maps are excellent. And you can create your own maps pretty easily with a free online program called Final Alert 2.
It seems that RA2 crashes a lot from internal errors and that no one has published a way to solve this problem. Even so, the game is dangerously addicting because it is so fun to play. Probably the best war game we own on any system.
If you have more than one pc that can go online via your ISP simultaneously, you might want a second copy so you can play with someone you know...that's even more fun.
Customer Review: Reda lert Summary: 5 StarsSince this game has been out for quite a while now, a majority of us have gone on, "Dawn of War", "Age of Mythology" But looking forward... HAve we really improved our game designing skills? Some are too bulkky looking, to close up, complicated and downright flibbergitty. However, the astonishing creation from westwood studios got it right in all of their games. Although the P.C version of RA1 stands greater than most of the games we see this as our new comer. Command and Conquer Red Alert 2 is quite clearly the ingenius sequel, we could not have asked for anthing better, the challenging missions (for some) the exciting skirmishs - however, I still think that being able to chose the tech level was the best part of skirmishs for the first: On tech level one the map was an infantry slaughter house, millions of soldiers ordered to attack the enemy who have flocked there bases in flame towers. my record death toll in one match is almost 800 - quite a massacre. However, here on RA2 the excitment is drained just a touch by the constant us of advanced weapons and unchallenging opponents.
Who are better? Soviet? Fearsome tanks and desgnied purely for blowing everything up...? Or the Allies? super advanced, better infantry and greater versitillity, if you, like me enjoy the ability of seening the entire map then choose the allies, the Spysat is the easiest improvement from the GPS of RA1
Customer Review: Lo juego siempre!!!! Summary: 5 StarsEste juego es lo Maximo, lo puedes jugar en red atravez de internet, cada juego es un juego diferente, ya que juegas con personas de todo el mundo con habilidades distintas.
