A little glitchy in some areas, but overall a nicely laid out game. Whats also nice is you don't have to be a great shot like in CSS. I love flying the jet and driving the tanks, although the team has to be on the same page to win.Customer Review: Great Shooter

One of the best shooters I have ever played. The detail in weapons, vehicles and terrain is quite realistic as is the action. The AI for Single Player and COOP (only in 1.3 and later) is also quite good and proves challenging when set to the correct difficulty.
If you want only one shooter then this is probably it, it provides good quality entertainment both online and offline for a fairly small amount of money.

After the fast-paced intensity of Call of Duty 2, this game took a little getting used to. he key thng is that this game is geared toward multiplayer mode, and there is no campaign. And because it allows the operation of any vehicle on a map, this means that the maps are generally quite large, and thus getting around on foot can take quite a long time without help. Still, despite the loose feeling and the lack of CoD-like intensity, this game is very fun, I love it. I recommend it for any lover of FPS games.
One note, it has VERY high system reqs. Make sure you have a very good computer for playing this on.

This is not the type of game for me. I get frustrated because i cant get any kills. I'm incredibly impatient. I sit down to play this game and every time I drive vehicle i get blown up by some helicopter or jet. The maps are big and I have to walk a long way to my objective only to get shot down. I'd probably like it if i play it a little longer. I'd recommend anyone who feels the same way to play Day of Defeat Source. Smaller maps(a lot more action) and infantry only. Flags are captured faster and faster respawn times.
