I tried the demo for this game and loved it, after a couple hours of playing it I knew I had to buy it, so I looked on Amazon and noticed it was going for $15, much cheaper than stores and other sites. This game is amazing, endless fun online and off, I recommend it to anyone who wants an online military FPS.Customer Review: Super addictive online game, BF2 = AWESOME!!!

OMG, i've been playing this game for a while now, and i can tell you for sure, that if you love First person shooters like me, you will enjoy this game a lot. Everything from the vehicles, the weapons, the maps, the soldiers everything is very well done. You need to take into account that this game is designed to enjoy/play it online, if you play it alone, you will be only having 20 % of the fun.
If you are looking for a pretty fun FPS and want to play it online, this is it, buy it...buy it buy it... is just super fun and i can't recommend it enough...10 stars!!!

I have windows vista home premium and I am 14 years old. I figured out how to make bf2 run smoothly with windows vista. Here are the steps:
1. Make a shortcut of BF2 and all the booster packs if you got any.
2.Then right-click on the shortcut and click properties.
3. Click the compatibility tab and check the box "run as administrator"
4. Check the box to run it in compatibility mode and click apply. Then click ok.
5. do this for each shortcut if you have booster packs.
Remember to only start BF2 from thos shortcuts or the changes you made wont be applied! ENJOY! I did those steps to make bf2 work for me and it was really easy.

Battlefield 2 es el mejor juego online que existe actualmente en su estilo. En mi opini?n es un juego semi-arcade. No pretende ser nunca un simulador de nada, pero si tiene cierto realismo lo que lo hace bastante adictivo. Consta de un sistema de puntuaci?n y ranking como ning?n otro.
Si le gusta jugar Online y compartir con sus amigos, Clanes o bien solo BF2 le garantizo que le va a gustar much?simo. C?mprelo con los ojos cerrados.

Ok when BF2 came out I heard some stuff about, thought it might be cool. What I heard overall though was that the graphics requirements were insane and it was buggy as hell. Ok so I picked this game (4/4/07) up after a few of my guildmates from WoW were talking about, and I have gotta say that I love it.
Pro:It runs smooth like butter on my gaming rig (Core 2 Duo 2ghz, GeForce(tm) 7600 GT, 256MB DDR3, 2 Gigs of Dual Channel Ram) I put everything on Medium, Geometry at High and run 1280x720. The patches have fixed a lot of the lag and video issues, gameplay is solid, fast, exciting, and new.
Con: You can't change your name (?!?). If you want to change graphics setting you have to disconnect and often resart the game, then wait for shaders to optimize. A lot of the backbone code, especially outside the game (menus, network, controls, etc) seems poorly executed. Once you are in the game though, there are not these glaring flaws.
Overall, if you have been waiting for this game to get better, it has. If you have the system to run it, I would highly recommend it.
