Great , but short lived game ....would love to have a sequel....I have played it 3 times with the different endings.....and have also ventured off in different areas during game play..ie... seducing as many as I could....the only problem I had was getting my PC to save the games....but I do have a newer PC ....I did find a website , that helped me and after that ....all was just history. Like I said earlier....there needs to be a Desperate Housewives 2.....Customer Review: Finally - I can play it!!!!

Well I got this game for my birthday last year and like many people I couldn't play it on my pc or my son's brand new pc. I put it away and thought about it every now and then. I just got a new notebook pc for my birthday this year and decided I would give it a try. I had hopes but prepared myself for the likely chance that it wouldn't work. To my surpirse it worked great! And ran smoothly too. For those of you wondering I have a Dell Inspiron 1521 (pink) and got it for $880, but I added dvd burner and webcam so it was cheaper to begin with. There's really no excuse in this day and age to make a game that can't be downloaded onto notebook computers or even fairly new desktops.I won't be buying anymore titles from this company. There are far too many games that are easily downloaded to make the effort and expense this one requires worth any more time. Customer Review: Basic But Fun

This game is basic. You will enjoy Sims more. However if you are a big fan of the show you will want to own it and play it. It is a close ended game so you will eventually beat the thing leaving you able to move on to something else. For some of us it may leave us wanting more or better.
For the current price tag it is a great buy. Just remember to double check your system stats VS what your computer has installed. If there is not enough ram or your video card is behind in the times it will be slow or buggy. You do not need a top of the line computer but I would not recommend this if you have the absolute min equipment listed as required.
