I suppose this started when I picked up a demo for OPF: Cold War Crisis through PC Gamer. This demo was version 1.0 of the game and I was still impressed. Not only does the updated and expanded version of the game give you improved visuals but also more missions than you can shake a stick at. Being as this game is quite a few years old now it's not up to date with what we have now but is none-the-less a great game. I had more fun in the mission editor just blowing stuff up than I could have had with a sack full of rabid chipmonks. The modding community for this particular game has also gone all out. I feel this lends the game a replay-life so exciting I could accidently kick my mom in the face. Seriously, I'm that excited.
