Customer Review: Absolutely amazing! ID team rocks

I play the demo version before I bought this game, and I can tell you this game is good, also I read pretty good reviews about this game before it is out on the market. RTCW is the future classic of Wolfenstein 3D. Not just only that, this game is made with Quake3 engine that brings you realisticism, just like quake3 arena. RTCW contains good lightening & fog effects if your hardware supports it. Environments, players, and weapons reload action is just smooth and realistic. Enemies A.I is pretty good, because you get to choose from Easy to Nightmare mode.I heard that some people complaint about the enemies A.I, they said the enemy is too easy to kill, but I just guess that they haven't try the nightmare mode yet, because in hard mode or nightmare mode, the enemies A.I will increases...its just like they got smarter, when you shoot them, they will duck down and they will dodge your bullets or rockets. If you throw them a grenade, they will kick it back towards you and they will run away to avoid the explosion. I suggest that after purchasing this game, try to download the gamepatch for RTCW from www.planetquake.com....and this patch will adds more flavor to the game. Now lets talk about the gameplay and maps, they are just perfect from head to toe. I beat the game serveral times because it brings you the action and fun. The whole game started out during WWII, and you are an american secret agent named B.J Blackowitz, you will be escape from capture in Nazi Germany's cell, and you will complete each objectives and stops the Nazi's evil plan from bringing Heinrich back to life. During the mission, you will encounter Nazi soldiers(all class), zombies and Nazi Super Soldat(Bio-Mechanical weapon) plus you get to play assasinate mission, assasinate Nazi Generals and Major. This is just part of the fun that you will encounter in single player mode, but you will get more than that in Multiplayer Mode because you can be on either side of the team, Axis or Allies. This game is worth buying, and I am just waiting for the expansion pack to come out. As you can see, ID is the pioneer of First Player Shooting games. Some people just tried to compare Medal Of Honor-Allied Assault with RTCW, and I say Medal of Honor is pretty good, but RTCW's gameplay and Allied assault's gameplay are so different, because they have different plot, RTCW is to stop Nazi's evil plan(resurrect Heinrich from Hell), and MOHAA's objective is to win the war. Because of many first player shooting titles out there to choose from, gamers become much pickier, but think about if this game was created 5-6 years ago, I guess people will be stunt out by what they see, all the other first player shooting games out in the market right now, they are just following the footsteps of ID software or even some of them will borrow the technology from ID software to develope a different title, but think carefully...Who is the pioneer of First player shooting game? Well anyway, both games are fun to play, I owned a copy of MOHAA after I bought RTCW, and Electronic Arts are using ID's Quake3 engine and ID programmer's help to produce MOHAA. I agree with some hardcore online player's opinion about MOHAA....is the fact that what happen if MOHAA is being made without Q3 engine, it would not be fun afterall, because all that realistic sound and graphics will be gone and it will cause the gameplay less interesting. I am just another weekend warrior for the online gaming stuff, I have to work during weekdays and weekend is just game time for me to relax my mind. Excellent Game if you into First Perosn shooters! I was happy to have a semi realiztic game to play with believable weapons and targets that aren't monsters or super human. This game delievers and the german soldiers actually have some intelligence, they will come after you. The only drawback is in the catacombs with the paranormal zombies and whatnot but in fitting with the story line it is OK. The zombies only last for a couple scenes. Overall, it is a great game with realiztic weapons from World War II. Machine guns, long range rifles, scopes, hand gernades, flame thrower, etc. - worth the purchase.Customer Review: return to castle wolfenstine

For a while, RTCW and MOHAA had a battle going on. I bought Medal of Honor, and later bought Wolfenstein. MOH outdoes this game. Wolfenstein is ok, the multiplayer is alright, but you have to download numerous files to play. If you are a fan of single player, this game is just stupid! If this game was focused on just World War II it would be awesome. On the single player, evil scientist are creating Nazi Monsters! How stupid can you get?!?!? The game is alright but if your in for really great Multiplayer and Single Player war, get Medal of Honor.
