Customer Review: Empires: Dawn of the Modern World
Summary: 2 Stars

Horrible game, the graphics are weak, the game play is slow and the game does not measure up. Do not waste your money. I bought the game off the reviews I read here and I am so dissapointed. I am a heavy gamer and I by 2-3 games a month. By C & C generals & the Zero hour expansion. You will be much happier. Thumbs down for this game I should have bought the Lord of the rings game :(
Cheep game for sale!

Customer Review: Great game
Summary: 4 Stars

This game has some of the best graphics on the market today. The framerate is awsome, no chopping in the gameplay, and a great assortment of textures. Saying this I do have a few problems. the game is an improved Empire Earth. It shouldve been sold as an expansion if anything. Another thing is the small amount of units your able to choose to build. The timeline is somewhat short but nonetheless this is an awsome game. A must have for fans of the genre. When completely zoomed in the detail is amazing and the reflections of boats oin the water is mind blowing. the AI is impressive also. I own rise of Nations and am somewhat skilled at the art of war on that game. Being able to easily defeat the enemy on easy I moved the dificulty level up to medium, not knowing that within five minutes the enemy would be running a muck in my capitol. Empires takes care of this flaw with ten levels of difficulty ranging from Jester to Emperor. If your a RTS fan, waste no time go out and get this game.

Customer Review: Extremely well done, no framerate problems
Summary: 5 Stars

All I have to say is, this is the best game of its type. They done it right.,Because the framerate is excellent, especailly when looking at your recorded playbacks. Rise of nation is good except, when looking at the recorded playbacks, fast forward doesn't work that well, and the framerate drops dramatically, over a period of time

Customer Review: For those about to get real, we salute you . . .
Summary: 3 Stars

This game is okay, but it's basically an improved Empire Earth. What doesn't get improved is the gameplay or the graphics. Empire Earth seemed to require a lot of wall building to finagle a win and this game is no different. Personally, Age of Empires and Rise of Nations have much better graphics. Don't get me wrong, the game's not bad, but it's not Command&Conquer Generals: Zero Hour. Now THAT's a great game.

Customer Review: THIS GAME IS AWESOME!
Summary: 5 Stars

I must say, this game looked like it'd be just another Age of Empires, but I'm totally blown away! And that's just from the demo! The demo is great, but it doesn't have it all, like all the civs and ages but, it was still incredible. My brother and I play it all the time, and if he won't play, the internet supplies me. It's an incredible game, but if you're not sure about it, go to www.empiresrts.com and get the demo, believe me, you won't regret it!
