Customer Review: Great RPG game
Summary: 5 Stars

I really enjoyed playing this game. The first time i beat it seemed a bit too easy. but than i changed the game level to medium and it was a hard challenge. The cahracters around you change with each level you gain so the game constantly puts on a good chalange. Tons of side quests and different missions and land to explore.

Customer Review: Extremely fun and addicting game
Summary: 4 Stars

I have had Oblivion for about 2 years now and I have still not gotten sick of it. Now I am not a freak. I do have a life. I DO NOT play this everyday either. But every once in a while, maybe once a week, I'll say to myself, Hmmmm... I feel like playing a game where I can live another life. A life in a world of magic, monsters, and adventure. This game would be Oblivion: The Elder Scrolls IV. So I will usually sit down and play this game for a few hours probably once or twice a week. I'm usually not a huge fan of role playing games. I have played Diablo, Diablo II, Baldur's Gate II, along with various other cheesy Playstation 1 or old Nintendo games. I can't stand most of the RPG they are coming out with now because most of these are Japanese animation/Japanimation. But the games I listed above were not. That's why I like them. Oblivion is a game where you can do whatever you want. As I said before, you can live another life. You can make potions out of ingredients you find in the wilderness. You can also go to old forts, ruins, caves, or mines to find artifacts of great and dangerous powers. You can do soooooo much in this game. That is what makes it amazing. Many weapon and armor types. A good amount of creatures (not good enough for me). This is where I have my first problem. They did not make enough creatures for this game. They could've added many more creatures but unfortunately, they chose not to. Also, the creatures level up with you. When you are in level 20 you will come upon Goblin Warlords constantly. There will be no regular goblin warriors. Just Goblin Warlords. There are not many bugs in this game though. That's what makes it good. If there are bugs I simply laugh at them and continue on playing. No bugs will ruin gameplay in Oblivion. I have one more problem though. The creatures take too many hits. Should a goblin equipped with a rusty dagger and no armor take 50-70 hits with a battle axe? I don't think so. But for it's time, this is a great game. I'm looking forward to the new Oblivion coming out in 2011. Buy this game and enjoy it.

Customer Review: Another great one for the elder scrolls series
Summary: 5 Stars

I've been following these games since ARENA came out in '93. Fantastic from the beginning. You can set the game level depending on your playability. Hard or easy or anywhere in between. You can go at your own pace. You don't have to follow the story at all. Plenty to do. And I love that you can own multiple homes!! Make your own potions and spells. Enchant your own equipment. Becoming a vampire kinda sucks in this game but at least you can turn back. SO many ways to go. So much to do. Just remember to SAVE OFTEN!! (As always) LOVE the game! Need high powered system to run this game smoothly and to take advantage of all the graphics but you can tone the graphics to fit your system if you only have the minimum requirements. Can't wait for the next one!

Customer Review: Unplayable
Summary: 1 Stars

This is my first RPG game and will be my last. The quest's are nit picking and boering.I had to quit the game after several hours of playing because of the numorus BUGS in the game. One of them being the black screen bug associated with having the Nvidia GeForce video card.My PC more than meets the game recomended requirements but the further I got in the game the more bugs started showing up untill the game just was not worth the trouble. At first everything was great then the black screen problem.A little later parts of the screen would blue out if I turned a certain direction. In battle I would have to run around to a position where I could see the what I was fighting.Anyone who can play this game with a Nvidia graphics card I say good for you but it did not work for me.
